RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you find a fault with a product that you have purchased, please contact us within 14 business days of the receipt of the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition with original labels and packaging, and be free from any foreign materials, animal hair or odours. Please note that any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned and no refund will be issued.

If the item is found to be faulty, a refund for the purchase price plus return postage will be issued via your original payment method within 14-21 business days.

Items returned from outside of Australia must have "Returned Merchandise" and "Returning to Country of Origin" clearly marked on the Customs Label to avoid the package attracting any import duties or taxes. Failure to do so will result in the item being sent straight back.

EXCEPTIONS

Hand Dyeing: Any variations between skeins are not considered a fault. This is part of working with hand dyed yarns. Please contact us for tips on working with hand dyed yarns.

Changing your mind: please note that as a small business we can't provide a refund if you change your mind after your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchase to discuss your needs. Please make sure you order the exact weight of yarn you need.

Mill Joins and Knots: Mill joins and knots are an undeniable fact of working with yarn. Three joins/knots per 100g+ skein and two joins/knots per a mini skein (20g) are considered acceptable.

Tangled Skeins: Before working with our yarn, we highly recommend that you wind them into balls to prevent any tangling. Tangles are not considered a fault.

Photography: Whilst all care is taken in the photography of our products, there can be differences in screens and even difficulties with photography which may affect how the yarn displays on your screen. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact us with your questions.
